...I was not.Is this fair?
The company is incorporated and I am listed (besides the owner) as the only employee. One of the cash employees is getting unemployment pay and one of the other employees has been collecting workmans comp for three years from another company. What should I do, can I collect unemployment money

Depends on the laws of your state. If your state has at-will employment, you can be fired for your hairstyle. If I were you, I'd move on and find another job.

You could make a case for wrongful termination. It may be worth it to contact an attorney specializing in employees' rights litigation. They would be able to tell you if you have a case.

As mentioned elsewhere here, if your employment was at-will and not bound by contract, your odds of winning such a case are slim. However, if you feel you were terminated as retaliation for reporting your employer's pay practices, you could sue under your state's "whistle blower" law, if applicable.

Again, for something as serious as this, I'd consider contacting a local attorney experienced in this kind of law.
