I feel like I fell asleep wrong or something... because the dream I had was very unsettling. I felt like I could physically feel my mind zooming around different memory centers of my brain or whatever and showing me different things, creating this weird "story" before my eyes. It wasn't violent or disturbing or anything, it was just weird, and it kept getting weirder and weirder so I didn't like it. It felt like I was awake... but yet I was not. I eventually forced myself to wake up and I was a bit shaken because I felt like I was losing my grip on what was real and what wasn't, because I felt like I had a lot on my mind and a lot to do, or something. I sat down and took a minute to ground myself back in reality, but I'm still a little shaken. Why did this happen? Sorry I can't describe the dream better, but it's just so confusing. I have some strange memory of a man with a top hat and a house, and all these other different people, and walking around making all of these decisions and then a new decision comes along and takes its place until my mind was flying around making decisions and viewing information. I feel slightly sick at the memory of this, it was an unpleasant experience, like I had fallen asleep incorrectly. Can anyone better explain to me what happened? Thanks for your help.
