uphill running.? I am asking this, because in a 3 mile race today, it was a really hilly course, and my quads were burning (tired). I got 40 seconds worse than my pr which i got two weeks before, and i hvae been training the same, if not harder in those weeks. and i have been cycling and working my quads a lot. It was weird, because there is a really big hill in the beginning, and my quads were just dead after it, and they never got untired, any tips?

i will say yes but not as good as actually doing the running because u get to work out all the muscles that u need in the race prepared...

yes it will help u allot cuz if u go uphill there will be no Oxygen try to do it more than once a week it will make u better

good luck
