i watched full metal alchemist first 5 episodes but it doesnt seem much interesting!?

the story is not on a single plot!
wat shud i do shud i continue??
is it ok if i directly jump to brothrhood?
 
I liked it, but you don't have to watch it.
If you don't like it, don't watch it.
 
First of all, which show are you watching? Is it Full Metal Alchemist, or Full Metal Alchemist: Brotherhood.
If it isn't the Brotherhood version, watch that one. It is much better. The Brotherhood version is mostly a single plot throughout the whole series, except for one or two episodes in the beginning which are more just to introduce you, then it starts to really develop into one storyline.
So, just watch Full Metal Alchemist: Brotherhood. And I suggest continuing through the whole series, it's amazing.

EDIT: The Brotherhood series isn't a sequel to the original FMA. It's a different series altogether. (Although the first few episodes are a similar because the original was going to have the plot of the Brotherhood series before it decided to change.) So yes, just go right to it.
