i went to phone zoo to get ringtones but i have a problem!?

i really good at this cell phone and computer stuff. anyways i went to www.phonezoo.com to get me free ringtones . well it sent me a message on my phone but it sent me a text with www.phonezoo.com/r/wap/zu3swcj6. i don't know how to get it on my phone.
sorrry, i meant to say that i am not good AT ALL with cell phones and computers. i really need someones help
 
When you open the message open up options then select save as ringtone, then you go into the ringtone section and select it. Watch out for Ventones when you sign up it will take you to a screen that says enter a valid number but if you look at the top it will give you the option to skip ad, if you enter your number it signs you up for a 9.99/month service.
