I work at a retail business and older men greet me by saying "hey gorgeous". How do

I take this? While this is very flattering, I feel uncomfortable hearing this almost every day from the regular customers who come in every day or every other day. First of all, what do they mean by this and second, how do I respond to this if I feel uncomfortable? I just feel really awkward since this is happening at work and they're like at least 20-30 years older than me.
 
Take it with a few grains of salt and keep smiling!
They want you to know you're attractive to them and are just being friendly. Sure, they want YOU to like them too but certainly don't expect you to be.
So just keep smiling, don't worry and stop feeling uncomfortable, it's just 'business'.
