Ican't transfer pictures from my phone to netbook via bluetooth?

Just bought a packard bell netbook, I also bought a little bluetooth device with it. I've managed to pair them but everytime i try to send a picture to my laptop it says "get service list for lucy's pc" then its searches for a few seconds and then says "service list not found". I've made sure all my pics are visible to bluetooth. Thought this was meant to be easy!! HELP!
 
Try checking the option of your software Bluetooth to be all visible.
 
Don't try and send from your phone. Go into your phone using the bluetooth software on your NETBOOK (windows explorer) and drag the files over to the computer. You can also if you are windows 7 go down to the icon bar click on the bluetooth sign and click receive file and try send it then.
