ICloud is not working on iPhone?

I have all the settings turned on for iCloud to be working but still if I take a pic or download a song from iTunes nothing gets sent to my Mac unless I plug in my phone. I went into account settings in iTunes and it only shows that my MacBook is authorized. I need to authorize my iPhone but there is no option to add a device. Does anyone know how I can add a new device to my iTunes?
 
To add a device make sure both devices have the same email address. Once that is done the pictures should go to your mac.

Make sure photo stream is on, in order, for your photos to be transferred to your all devices. Setting> iCloud, a look for photo stream to be turned on.

Also for the music go to Setting>App Store> and turn on Music, in Automatic Downloads, which means every music you download will appear on every device.
