You know, the small areas sectioned off usually in the larger cities, so it seems just like you're back in United States - where all the signs are in English, white picket fences, stuff like that?
Now that would be quite the tourist attraction if Obama's dreams come to fruition. I believe everyone would be clamoring to live there to escape the hell of his agenda.
Look for the places where having a job, working hard, and actually paying taxes are the only acceptable practices which will allow you to fit in. Be careful though. These places tend to be inhabited by elitists which should not be confused with racists.
Its been my experience that the Spanish-speaking population tends to congregate in the smaller towns, rural areas and outer suburbs. Mayne you should move to the big city?
