If a Christian uses God's name in vain, are they committing the unpardonable sin?

Exodus 20:7
"Thou shalt not take the name of the LORD thy God in vain; for the LORD will not hold him guiltless that taketh his name in vain."

Deuteronomy 5:11
Thou shalt not take the name of the LORD thy God in vain: for the LORD will not hold him guiltless that taketh his name in vain.

Because God is the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, when someone curses the name of god, are they blaspheming the Holy Spirit?

Or if someone accidentally thinks of a profane word while praying or something, is that blaspheming God?
