...a wifi card? lol? I'm not a huge techie so the big words confuse me. I'm assuming what it is referring to is a wireless network adapter...yar?
 
It is very rarerly desktop computer comes with Wireless Network Adapter, even a new one. If it says integrated, then it should.

Wireless Network Adapter is used to get a wireless network. Its like GPU, where you will need to insert them to the PCI slot on your motherboard. Wireless adapter comes with different power/signal range, some of them can only support Wireless G. And some can support N signal and faster than G.

no, right click my computer, click manage, click device manager and look for a WLAN device under network devices. That PCI network adapter is just an ethernet port integrated to the motherboard basically.
