no it will not be considered yours technically. it will say that this pokemon formerly belonged to the trainer who you revieved it from.

I was just wondering, if my question seems a bit vague, that if your friend gave you a Pokemon Egg over trade and it hatches in your possession, will it still have the same effects as a trade Pokemon outside of an egg? (i.e. Not obeying you until you get a certain gym badge, ect.)
