If a photon was introduced to anti matter what would happen?

Antiphotons don't exist.

Matter and antimatter anhilation emits ordinary photons.

Antimatter interacts with photons in the same way that equivalent matter interacts with photons.

Time reversal for a photon produces exactly the same particle..unlike electrons/protons etc where if u 'reverse the film' a backward time-travelling electron/proton behaves exactly like a positron/antiproton. The photon being massless and travelling at 'c' does not 'feel' the time reversal.
So the photon would interact exactly the same with antimatter as it does with 'normal' matter
