If an app on Ipod touch/Iphone is free for a limited time, would you have to pay

later on? I got this app, WorldFootball Flick, for free from the app store. Suddenly I receive a bill that says thank you for purchasing the app, and I did not buy it. Anyone have any ideas? btw the game sucks :P
I also forgot: but they charged me for the app and I did not buy it sorry.
 
Yes. If you download it you don't have to install it on you iDevice. It never hurts to download free apps.
