another print run? I know that sometimes they'll start printing a book again after a while of being out of print if there's enough demand, but do they count ebook downloads as demand?
Personally, I only download ebooks if I absolutely cannot track down a physical copy that's new or in newish condition (very very old paper bothers me, so I tend to avoid used books), so perhaps they might consider that people are downloading for similar reasons and would've gone for the real thing instead had it been available, and therefore it might be a good idea to make it available or something.
