If I buy a Motorola Atrix 4G unlocked, will it work on T-Mobile HSPA+?

The Motorola Atrix 4G was the phone I really wanted, and so is the HTC Inspire 4G. And AT&T (I think) does have an HSPA+ network. But if most phones were to be unlocked, they would only be able to work on 3G, or even only 2G sometimes. So the HTC Inspire and Motorola Atrix 4G seem pretty cool phones, can I unlock it and get HSPA+ on T-Mobile? I don't want to switch to AT&T's horrible network.
