if i fit nitro to my mountain bike will i be obliged to attach a number

no you wouldnt have to get a liscense. or at least in the states. as long as you need the pedals to start the engine or it can be driven by the pedals alone then youdont need the plates. however nitrous is only for higher end engines an engine that fits on a bike is too weak. a stock honda civic can only take so much before it will blow

What is the Nitro going into? Doesent make sense. Ypu need an engine if your on about Nitro injection.
