If I have Sprint is it like having Verizon also since, they share the same towers?

Im trying to decide which is better. I know Verizon has the coverage but Sprint has better deals. I was told to get Sprint because for one its cheaper and if i lose signal i would just roam of Verizon's Towers. So its like having Verizon for cheaper. Any answers would help Thanks...
sprint and verizon roam on each others towers.... i seached it on sprints and verizons wikipedia
 
That is incorrect. Sprint and Verizon uses the same type of network called CDMA. They do not share the same towers but each of them have their own cell phone towers. Both of them do not roam or use each other towers.

Sprint has better deals and has more cell phone choices to choose from. Verizon still has better service, coverage and has won numerous awards for best overall cell phone service. So to make a choice of the two, you need to know which cell phone carrier has better coverage in your area and promotions or specials, and how much do you want to pay for your plan.
