I have the game, and i ve played it before. But i got a new computer and i was gonna play it again. But now the CDs to messed up. Would it still be illegal even i bought the game already?
Yes and no. Downloading it would actually not be illegal. But because of the way torrents work, people who are downloading are also uploading, and uploading to others *is* illegal in this situation. In the (rather unlikely) event you got caught, you'd probably get in trouble either way, even though it's not really illegal to download it if you own the game and only use it on one computer.
