Didn't think so.

In that case, is there any way that I can buy a used one for cheap on ebay or something?

I can't really afford the Verizon markup, but will I still be able to use my plan if I'm using another cell phone (even if it's something that Verizon is compatible with?)

One home remedy is if you put your phone in a bag of rice and leave it there for a while.
