At the moment I'm 5'2" and 115 lbs.
My goal is to be somewhere between 105 and 110 lbs.
I have Tae Kwan Do about 3 or four times a week, and that keeps me in shape. I just have a little layer of fat around my hips and lower stomach. It's not much, but I want it gone.
A friend and I were planning on going to the gym everyday until June.
since we have two free hours after stretches, we were planning on running for half and hour, and cycling for an hour and a half.
If I do this every weekday, along with Tae Kwan Do, and stay active on weekends, will I lose the excess fat along my hips and lower belly by June?
