if i start eating healthy and exercising will i see a difference in the way...

hair? no. in fact working out regularly can damage it cos in my case i had long hair, pulled it back in a ponytail every workout, then pullin it out daily and the constant washing and hair drying etc caused my hair to split.

that said, exercising regularly is something i swear by and have done for the past ten years. i had been sedentary before that and felt s**t and fat and lethargic, and have changed my whole body which is now lean and toned. any 'puppy fat' i had on me is long gone, my face looks thinner as well. it changes your whole appearance. i eat what i want within moderation, i do not diet. i am tall but a size 10-12, and i am perfectly happy with my body now apart from maybe wishin i had bigger t*ts.

for skin, if you sweat, this can break you out as sweat releases toxins that can cause spots. sometimes i get huge ones on my chest and back, areas i cant get a towel to quickly, so, bring a towel with u if you sweat, and wipe it off regularly least on your face where spots are most unsightly.

mainly, u will feel FAR better, not just physically but emotionally if you exercise regularly. you will be more resistant to bad colds, u will have more energy (unless u have depression or any other illness), u will just feel better. u will carry yourself better, people will notice this. you come off as more confident as well. it also keeps you looking younger. i have a boxing teacher who is 43 and she looks about 33.

for the first few years exercise gives you a high. but if youve done it as long as i have u dont get the high anymore but it can still help ward off lows. i do it now to maintain my fitness.

its always better to exercise than not.

hope that helps.

It is most definitely possible. It will certainly make you look better without a doubt. The specific changes it would make to skin, hair, etc. would depend on how you are eating and such now. Could make a huge difference.

hell yeah!
the main thing is how good you will feel in yourself!
i have lost over a stone in the past couple of months and i feel
fantastic!
good luck!

Sure, but you have to actually start eating healthy and exercising instead of wondering about it, and then give it some time because the benefits don't appear overnight. If you enjoy exercise, then you'll feel better from doing them. (People who don't enjoy exercise generally come up with excuses for not doing them) Long term results will shortly follow.

Yes you will see a difference and I hope you do start to eat healthy and exercise. Good luck.

Plus you'll start to look stringy like a runner as in athlete not the bean! But it's better than being a lardy...
