if i would buy a dvd movie from amazon.com to philippines, how much would it cost me?

the movie dvd is worth $21.99 (exclusive of shipping fees). i am living here in the philippines. i want to have a copy of a thai movie, but the problem is the said movie was not released here in the philippines. my only option is to buy online. how much is the shipping fee and other fees for tax and customs' charges?

Standard shipping is about $4.99 to the Philippines.
EDIT:
Forgot the last part of your question. The page says Amazon calculates the total shipping cost using this equation:
(Highest Applicable Per-Shipment Cost) + (Number of Items x Per-Item Cost) = Total Shipping Fee
And to quote:
"Items sent to eligible countries via Priority International Shipping and in certain cases via Standard or Expedited International Shipping will have an estimated Import Fees Deposit applied to the order."
So if you do standard shipping, you may avoid import fees altogether.
