If kids under 18 want to see an R rated movie.....?

can their parents go to where they buy the tickets and tell them that they have permission and then go to another movie then them?
 
or you can buy a ticket for a different movie coming on around the same time and just walk into the theater showing the movie you want to see....

Not the most honest thing, but that's what I did until I was old enough to buy the tickets myself. Go around times that not a lot of people go so they'll be less likely to check tickets. Usually they don't but just in case.
