if my env2 breaks will they give me a voyager?

my env2 keeps breaking, so i was wondering if i went to the store if they would give me a voyager to replace it with
 
How many times have you had it replaced? I am not completely certain as to the exact details but I think that if you have had your phone replaced 3 times within 90 days, they will give you another model which normally is a better make model. As to what they would give you... ??? They will tell you first though.
