...they arrest him after u turn 18? Well Im 17 nd my mom put a complain against my bf;hez already over 18 nd the cops came to my house and ask me about it..they said hopefully it was all over..
-But Im wondering if they can arrest Him if we get back together after I turn 18..
 
No. It wouldn't be statuatory rape then. You would both be legal. By the way it makes it hard to understand the question and therefor hard to answer it when you are not cogent, concise, and adhering to traditional English conventions.

Your mom could make something up.

Then he would at least have to pay a lawyer thousands of dollars. I would advise him to stay away from you. And if you loved him you would stay away from him.
