It depends what religion you are. Some don't allow alchohol because they don't want you to be drunk and then get beaten up. But sure I think you can have a laugh.

Have you not read where Jesus promised His people that they would drink wine in the Kingdom of God at His return to earth? This will be one party that the entire world should not miss.

My personal opinion says that heaven is a place where we would be psychically more advanced,in control of our emotions and more happier.This is because to reach heaven there is a lot of aspects one has to work on;not just doing good karma and resisting evil.Following god's commandments,fasting,meditation,enlightening others,avoiding alcohol etc.These rules are aimed at making our spirit more receptive to receive god's grace and encourages it to move all the more closer to heaven.
The point is that we will reach a state of spiritual transcendence once we ascend to heaven.We wouldn't need material things like alcohol or food to make us feel better.
