right, what speed should you travel? Granted, there is no posted speed limit on the 2nd road until after the next major intersection. The speed drops to 25 MPH, but you would not know it until you get to the sign. How would I find out the legal speed?
I'd also like to add that this section of road is in Cleveland Heights, Ohio. Ohio's largest speed trap city.
