About the Deficit?
Why are they willing to spend unlimited amount of money to fight stupid wars but when it comes to helping the American public, they withold their hand? How is this patriotic?

I'm a conservative (not republican) and I oppose unnecessary spending of all types. The federal gov't should do what's necessary to keep us safe, protect our 'original bill of rights' , and regulate interstate commerce (yes that includes building roads) and that is it. The rest should be left to the states.
