No you still have to pay. But seriously please do not get the xoom it cost way to much money and isn't that good. The iPad 2 just came out and is so much better. And it only cost 499 which is way cheaper www.apple.com/ipad
No haha . The money you pay the phone company goes towards internet. I think you get wifi but i'm not sure. But no the internet is 15-30 $ a month even without a contract. But honestly where exactly did you think the internet would come from?
