...Jeep/Chrysler who do you contact? I have already contacted the corporate and filed a claim. My jeep commander is not under warranty anymore (it is an 07) but has very low mielage and been taken very good care of (garage kept, hardly driven since I work at home). I have had the weirdest issues with it. electrical issues, flooding, a "whistleing issue" coming from the windsheild. My total bill of these weird issues is coming to $1300. These are clearly engineering mistakes with the car. it is a lemon. What recourse do you have with chrysler if they will not give you any help? Does anybody have the email of the CEO of Jeep or Chrysler or somebody higher? Can I report them to the better business bureau?
My jeep dealership told me that "Chrysler is really into customer service right now" and that they would probably give assistance since they were strange problems that should not be happening. The case manager called back and said they would not give assistance so want to take it to a higher level.

You should give Chrysler a week or two to look at your claim before you take the following measures.

I'm not sure what state you are in as each state's lemon laws can vary. Call your state's Attorney General's office, or do a search for Lemon Law and your state. You can simultaneously fill out a complaint with the BBB. Go to bbb.org, look at the National site (rather than just your zip code) and search for Chrysler's headquarters. It's a requirement that you already reach out to Chrysler on your complaint, which is why I suggest you wait a couple weeks.

If the Lemon Law has been violated, your BBB complaint could be closed and the Atty Gen could help you from there.

Emailing the CEO would probably do little, since I'm sure his emails are filtered by at least one staff member.

sorry, but if the vehicle is past warranty maturation, then its your problem.
in order for you to claim the vehicle is a "lemon" you have to qualify under the law in your state. in my state, the regulation is ten days. i would have ten days to make a claim against defect.

if your warranty is expired, then im gonna guess youve exceeded the lemon law time frame as well.
sorry, but its all on you now.

Contact the BBB, and also Consumer Reports and JD Power and Associates.
