If you know any female celebrities personally, can you please ask them this question for me, since I don't know any female celebrities. The question is: "will you wear an outfit/dress made out of clean unused plastic garbage/trash/bin bags, if yes, when how and on a regular basis or not." I'd really like to hear their answer.
