a local accent? Like if you where hanging out with cajun's all the time.
I was messing around with an idea for story.
This cajun guy is going to my my character's best friend in the story.
I don't mean copy it I mean talk like that without really noticing.

It wouldn't be a reflex dialect, but you could certainly emulate it accurately after a year.
