You are possible to fall for her. If you meet her, and it turns out shes nice and you like her even more then whats the harm? Just make sure she likes you, is single and is not some 50 year old pedo guy lol.

If you are comfortable, call her. If no text her. I'd recommend calling her, but text if you want a less likely chance of success, and ask her if she want to get together with some friends that both of you know so it isn't awkward. Get to know eac other first before dating. Don't obsessively call her. Take time to get to know her.......does that help? I wasn't given much info.
