it be? Im talkin of a manuever like a figure four leglock or a boston crab. If applied correctly these moves cause immense pain.
 
You're right. The moves do cause immense pain if applied correctly.

But it would be impossible to lock in a pro wrestling submission.
 
the boston crab really works and the cross face crippler works i have used them the dragon sleep work i have seen hansen lil hell boy use it and the big spin is a great set up for a leg lock

A lot of pro wrestling moves are modified catch wrestling moves (real fighting). They do work if you can apply them. But that's a massive if. I mean any idiot can understand how an arm bar works. But it takes skill to get the arm where you need it. Also spine cranks (boston crab) are banned in most mma.
