If your cellphone doesn't accept multimedia messages, can you still buy ringtones?

Short version: Phone doesn't receive multimedia messages and I just wanted to know if you could still receive ringtones that you bought.
 
Yes. Search the Media Area on your phone for a Buy Ringtone Option.
 
If you are receiving them from sites such as Myxer.com, then all you need is internet, no MMS required. I'm not sure if you need MMS to receive them from your cell phone provider. (Such as ATT MEdia Mall)
 
tones have different types: ringtone,polytone & true tone(almost like mp3 type). If your cell doesn't have MMS feature, you can only receive/play ringtone & polytone & NOT true tone. If your cell has MMS feature but can't receive tones, have it set-up from your network provider.
