ignition problem 1998 honda civic?

It's been really cold the last couple of days -35c and the ignition in my 98 honda civic will not turn i think it's frozen any idea's on how to fix it

... where the hell do you live...the top of canada?

starting a car in that temperature would be difficult, I have never had such extreme temperature...I have dealt with as low as -10F which is pretty cold...but still no issue on starting

maybe you need alittle voltage boost on the battery?
