i excersice sometimes because i feel im getting fat or i just wanna keep my body the way it is or not get fat when im older..
i eat loads of junkfood sometimes and then after i start worrying. I also wanna be a model when i'm older so i really try to eat healthy and stuff and i tell my mum not to buy me chocolate but loads of fruit and stuff but she still brings back cake, chocolate crisps fish and chips and if its in the house i have to eat it you see...i know i dont have to but i do...if you get me kinda. And sometimes there isnt even fruit in the house and i try eating a fruit everyday or so..
Please just explain to me if you can

Exercise is good for everybody, even thin people! You should have 30 minutes of exercise per day... (walking with your friend is good!)... Me, instead of walking to school, I run. These lil things make a difference, believe me !..
You should ask your mom to buy granola bar. It's healthier than chips and chocolate!!..

Its never too late to start!
Just do something that keeps you on your feet and having fun
Then you will build good habits for the rest of your life ^^
