I'm 15 and prepping myself for MMA. Can someone help me out with a diet plan?

I'm not sure what muscle groups I should be training so I'm doing a full body workout. I'm in week 2 of my training and I'm barely seeing results. I think I hit a plateu =\. I'm not sure how much protein I should be taking in but I heard your supposed to be taking in a gram for each pound you weigh.
