Im 18, eat healthy but my morning weight is 115, and in the evening its 120. why do

i gain so much? For example today i ate oatmeal for breakfast=350 calories. snack=apple lunch=vegi soup,salad,1/4 sweet potatoe cottage cheese. had brocali,salad,4 oz baked chicken breast. 4 oz of bluberries whole wheat bread 60 calories. cottage cheese. some baby corn. and im 5 pounds more then the morning. whats going on. i eat healthy, usually exercise an hr a day. what can i do to lose 7 pounds
