I'm a 13.5 year-old boy, I'm 5'7, and I weigh 118 lbs. How can I lose weight and

get muscular, and abs too? OK, please no crap, I read peoples answers to other similar questions like this. I beg of you, no crap. I know I'm not fat, but I have a gut and a belly roll. It's nasty and I hate it and so do girls. I checked my BMI, and about 19 of those 118 pounds are fat. I would like to lose 10-15 pounds, preferably off of my gut. I've been wrestling my whole life, but the place closed down two months ago and I haven't done anything since. I'm getting really lazy and I've gained like 15 pounds, which I wanna lose. I've also never had abs, I've always had a little bit of a gut, and now its even bigger, I wanna lose it and get at least a four-pack. Please help me, give me good long answers, dont tell me I'm only 13 I dont need to worry, just answer my question please. Thank you very much, I appreciate everyone who answers.
