a healthy weight? Im a 15 yr old female. 5' 2 or 3". I weight 117 ibs and im a size 1 in jeans. Is that a healthy weight/size?

Also, this is what I ate today. Should I be eating more, less, or the same? Calories: 575 fat: 9 Carbs: 64
oh. sheez. I had no intention of gaining weight. :)

Infact, might even consider losing some now that I know you are the same as me and weigh 90 something...
no. I didnt post this at 11 am. Its 8:07pm now. I had:

Breakfast: 1/2 wheat bagel with a small amount of cream cheese

Snack: 1/2 wheat bagel with small amount of cream cheese

Dinner: 2 morning star veggie corn dogs. With 2 slices of wheat bread.
Yah, Im full after each meal emily. Infact, even when i do eat like what I ate today, I wasnt even hungry when I ate it but I wanted to eat something and not go a whole day without eating.
Lucy G, I dont eat meat or fish or any kind of living animal. Im a vegetarian.

You're about the same size as me, which is healthy [but you could be bigger and that'd be ok too]
And you didn't eat enough. Someone your size should eat around 2000-2200 calories a day.

You should be taking in more calories by at least 500. A size 1 is far from fat. You definantly do not need to lose weight. You should be happy w/yourself.. learn to love yourself and don't be so worried about weight and calories. You are too young to worry about such things. You should be having fun and hanging out with friends not counting calories. I also just read what you ate today. You MUST be so hungry right now!! You are practically starving yourself. Why?! You can eat a lot more than that and maintain your wieght. I am 5'4 129 size 2 and eat about 5 times more than you do. And I'm 30. You are 15 and have a high metabolism because you are young. You can eat a lot more than you are and still look great.

don't worry about it, you are normal weight.
Someone your height and age should weigh between 105-120 pounds.
You can lose a few if you want.
But you ate very little today !
Eat a little more but make your choices healthy, and add in some exercise. Eat like 1200-1500 calories a day, but healthy stuff like salad, etc ...
