month now.. and NOTHING. :[? im 15 yr old., 5"4, and 158 pounds..since jan. 5 i been doing my stationary bike for 30 mins and recently like 20 days ago added pilates and dancing to my day and burning a total of 500-550 cals a day. i eat healthy to like 1300 cals a day.. and i dont think i see results. im so sad.. here is my pic

please dont tell me i lok fine bcuz i kno i dont and im certainly not thin enough for a bikini. i always diet and excersize each year and end up giving up bcuz it never works. im willing to put these 5 months and work as hard as i can.. i really want to be a size 5 adleast or 4. im like 6/7 and 158 pounds. my thighs r like 21 vinches and tummy is 28/26 when i suck it in. it depends idk. PLEASE help. should i continue.. does it take time. and no running for me btw. but plz help me n motivate me :'''[ why cant i see results.. andi kind of lose 2 inches on my tummy but idk ehh i really want to thin my legs ..lose sum inches.

Make sure you actually are sticking to 1300 calories a day. If you are eating that many and burning 500 with exercise you should be seeing results. You also have to keep at it for more than a month.

Okay, one, you're at the perfect weight, two, you're 15 and posting half-naked pictures of yourself??, and three, you have to keep at it for more than a month or two.
Loosing weight manually takes a lot of time. Plus, your body may not have the ability to trim down more; that could be your frame. Nothing wrong with you.

ok firstly, losing weight depends entirely on ur body constitution...some ppl exercise for like a week n lose a lot of weight n some dont
but on an average ppl take a long time to lose weight, usually they start of with all vigor n determined to reduce but when they dont see results they decide to quit....u shd never do tht, losing weight happens only in the long run, so just continue exercising....use the treadmill, walk briskly on it for like 30 mins...crunches help reduce tummy fat....u can skip, or jump rope.....eat healthy, lot of fruits n greens....drink lots of water (atleast 7 glasses)

Hey just keep working on it.
U can try yoga it helps a lot and some natural herb drinks like peppermint or green tea.
m 15 and m 5 11 and i weigh 149 pounds.
I have a simalair promblem, i have been working out for 2 to 3 weeks with little results.
By da age of 16 u will see a big difference.
U might wanna try weight training, try working out ur abs because it burns more calories.
Ur picture is pretty hot i would bang u any day over my other gfs.
