I'm getting a Black Moor and need some help with what food to get?

So I've done my research and know a lot about them. I'm going to get a 29 gallon tank with a filter and gravel, some safe decorations and plants and food. I also have a light that comes with my tank. The help I need is the kind of food to feed him. I know they can't see well so should I get sinking pellets? I know it's very easy for them to get swim bladder disease so I will also feed him peas. So pellets or flakes? Also you could recommend so good brands. I also want to know that if I have a 29 gallon tank that if I could put 2 black moors in it. Thank you for the help! =D
