I'm going to purchase a bmx bike and needed some help on the choices of my picks.?

I'm deciding on a Hoffman Condor EC, DK Reaction, or any other bike that I find to be good. I'm looking for more of a street and park oriented bike, that can once in a while ride on the course. Any suggestions, I'm up for it!
