im trying to find a free to good home horse....or a cheap one...
 
Go to petfinder.com or your local animal shelter. They are usually cheap, you just have to pay for their shots.
 
dont forget this is costly "pet'! + time consuming!
if youre ready have the time and want give of youreself, try some rescue organizations or the local county shelter, yep, the dog pound gets horses too! my friend got a papered QH stud..huge pedigree, from the shelter for $200! he was "foreclosed" upon!
 
Its best to match the horse with your level of experience, rather then just saying i'LL get a free or cheap.

I've found my horse from horsetopia.com and my friend found her horse from horsetopia.com. They're both great sites and you can customize the searches to fit your budget, breed preference, discipline area and locality. :]
