I'm looking for a No-internet required handheld weather device that reports 7 days.?

I'm looking for a device that reports weather in any city up to 5- 7 days. I've been looking but all of the ones i've found so far need internet connection/ wireless and you could only go like 50 ft away from the internet source.

I was wondering if there were any weather devices like a GPS that doesn't require you to have internet and that you can travel with it in USA.
