people being plugged via their back? well, this movies is set in a future society where people are divided into two categories, rich people who live in skyscrapers and outcast poor people who live on the ground and are indulged into enslavement and hard work. in order to control them, these folks are kinda plugged to some sort of a charging device via their back . they have to take some daily shots of some medicament from a distributor set in the street through their very plug , otherwise the authorities will know that they haven't taken their daily shots since a blue patch would appear in their back and will keep spreading.
and there is this blond chick who is originally from the rich out of reach society , she will get down there for some reason and she s gonna fall in love with some badass in trouble, and she will go all the way trying to find some extra shot or whatever the hell she's been looking for.
