What all should I include? ? I already have:
Blister Treatment pads from Dr. Scholl's
Neosporin
Benadryl Gel
Moleskin
and a Compass

To the hikers out there: can y'all please name some items you wouldn't leave home without (especially if you're planning on thru-hiking the AT)? I would appreciate it.
