I'm trying to get my dog to eat only dry food and no more wet, but she wont eat

dry, help!? So I rescued her almost 3 years ago from a shelter and it was obvious her previous owners didn't feed her dog food because she wouldnt even get close to dog food and she'd hear any noise in the kitchen and be right there wagging her tail.

I was feeding her the Nutro Ultra Holistic Dry food and the Nutro Ultra packets of the wet food but I realized she was licking her paws alot and researched and found out the Nutro Ultra has an ingredient named BEET PULP that causes allergies, ear infections, etc.

Sooo I went more expensive and bought her BLUE WILDERNESS dry food.
She won't eat it from her bowl and she wont eat it from a plate either i have to put it in my hand or feed them to her individually and when I do, she'll only eat about a handful.

How can I get her to eat the food from her bowl? And how do I get her too get used to eating just dry food?
Its becoming frustrating because I feel bad she's not eating but at the same time I need her to eat the blue wilderness because I've read it's really good for dogs.

PLEEEEEASE ANY SUGGESTIONS ARE MUCCHHHH APPRECIATED!
Thank you and God Bless!!! :D

OKAY. Before you think im nuts, just read the whole way through...bacon grease. No where near as fatty for dogs as it is for us. It makes a healthy coat, gives them added fatty lipids, not to mention protien, and she should like bacon like most dogs. ive only seen two that didnt and they were just wierd, lol. But it should help her eat it. And also if that doesnt work, maybe try a cheaper brand. You know if you read the ingredients list you would brobably find mostly the same as any other brand. And dogs dont care if its organic, or made with real veggies. I.E. Toilet bowl, lol. Sometimes with dogs less is more. I spent 40 dollars on toys and balls for my two, and the one hates them all and the other would rather sticks and mountain dew bottles. And as for eating out of your hand, She thinks you are giving her a personal treat, and when she realizes its the same old food she stops. She might not like it. hard to say. You might also want to get her checked by the vet for any viruses or things of that nature...Two days later, hope i could help :) lol

hi try mixing it with wet food first and slowly wean her off the wet food it may take a few days but if a dog is hungry they will eat it she will be fussy at first but keep trying her don't feed her by hand or she will never bother with whats in her bowl
